Parity Project’s mission is to provide a retrofit plan for every home to address the climate and cost of living crisis.
Portfolio is cloud-hosted software that makes sense of your property data to build a single view of each home’s energy performance and potential, with highly flexible modelling and intuitive reporting and data visualisation.
We work with over 100 landlords, who between them manage nearly 40% of the sector’s homes. They use Portfolio to develop cost-effective retrofit programmes that meet their cost, comfort and carbon goals. The service takes them from baseline reporting through to generating programmes of works, with related quality-assured reporting that meets procurement and financing needs, and captures completed works to enable progress reporting.
The annual licence includes 5 days additional consultancy support, to help with funding bids, data cleansing and integration.
