We offer a comprehensive range of core services relating to asset management consultancy, building surveying, stock condition surveys, architecture, quantity surveying, project management, employers agent, clerk of works, structural engineering, Principal Designer & CDM advisor. We also provide complementary services including structural surveys/assessments, option appraisals, EPCs/SAP assessments, measured surveys, fire risk assessments, party wall matters. Our services are applied to a range of projects including housing development, refurbishment, estate regeneration, building and fire safety programmes as well as working collaboratively with our clients to help them meet their zero carbon targets through provision of PAS 2035 retrofit services and low carbon design solutions.
