Housing providers have a duty to remediate unsafe buildings, tackle disrepair and act on an emerging set of sustainability standards across their portfolio. With limited resources and new regulatory changes, how can organisations make capital investments go further and ensure decisions are aligned across government policy to create healthy, safe and energy efficient homes?
In this session, explore:
- What are the challenges and possible strategies and solutions to the difficult decisions and trade-offs that may need to be made?
- What do we prioritise and how do we ensure we keep costs reasonable for tenants who are also struggling?
- Can we work in partnership to ensure services are still delivered?
