Behind the walls: bridging the gap between perception surveys and transactional data to increase transparency
Despite progressive Tenant Satisfaction Measures introduced by the Social Housing Regulator to keep housing associations accountable, there is not a consistent methodology for how social landlords collect and interpret tenant surveys. This leaves room open for the gamification of how social landlords collect their data and present it.
This session will explore how housing leaders can present the data in a meaningful and transparent way that is easy for tenants to understand and can support strong oversight from the board. Discussion will also examine how social landlords can improve their overall data collection process and analysis to better inform their overall asset management strategy.
