The Association for Rental Living (ARL), previously known as the UK Apartment Association (UKAA), represents all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sector including urban and suburban single-family and multi-family rental, co-living and later living.

Established in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, BSR is central to the government’s building safety reforms. Our full statutory powers are granted under the Building Safety Act 2022. Our employees have expertise in building control, fire and structural safety, regulation and professional standards. We’re based in offices across England, Scotland and Wales. We aim to maintain a dignified and inclusive workplace, with highly skilled and trained employees who are given opportunities to develop.

At BusinessLDN, our mission is to make London the best city in the world in which to do business, working with and for the whole UK. We campaign to tackle today’s challenges and harness the power of our cross-sector membership to shape the future of the capital. We support business to succeed — locally, nationally, globally.   

The G15 is made up of 11 of London’s largest not-for-profit housing associations. Collective leadership is provided by the Chief Executives of each member organisation. As an informal collective, we work collaboratively, sharing insight, aligning priorities, and developing best practice amongst members. The Chair of G15 rotates every two years and is drawn from the Chief Executives of our members. The G15 is currently chaired by Ian McDermott, Chief Executive of Peabody. The vice-chair of G15 is Clare Miller, Group Chief Executive of Clarion.

The Good Homes Alliance is a non-profit community interest company with member and partner organisations from across the built environment industry who seek to go beyond business as usual and collaborate to deliver homes fit for the 21st century.
