Sandy Livingstone

Sandy Livingstone is Chief Executive of Onward. He joined the organisation in 2017 as Executive Director of Property, with responsibility for development, asset management, repairs and building safety, before becoming Executive Director of Growth and leading Onward’s development pipeline. Sandy also led key areas of business transformation, in-sourcing and our digital and IT strategy.  

A chartered surveyor, Sandy has extensive sector experience, beginning his career at Glasgow Housing Association and later working as a Director in Savills Affordable Housing Consultancy. Sandy focuses on improving customer and neighbourhood services, investing in existing homes and building new affordable homes for our communities across the north west of England.
