Joe Marshall
Chief investment and development officer,

Joe is SNG’s Chief Investment and Development Officer and leads their ambitious plan to deliver 25,000 new homes over the next decade. His remit also includes overseeing major retrofit and regeneration programmes to ensure all homes meet SNG’s Homes and Place Standard. Joe is also a Board member of The Housing Forum.
Before joining SNG, Joe held senior leadership roles at Peabody, where he was responsible for large-scale housing and regeneration initiatives across London and the South-East.
