Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd (SBS) is a purpose-led, multi-award-winning turnkey solutions provider specialising in retrofit energy efficiency and decarbonisation works, holding extensive experience delivering at scale across the UK, covering all housing tenure types. We are experienced in delivering compliance at scale throughout the UK under PAS2030:2023 / MCS and PAS2035:2023 across projects totalling £240m, we deliver improvements to thousands of mixed-tenure properties per year through an area-based approach.
Our work goes beyond decarbonisation to make positive impacts on thousands of households each year to tackle the five main crises of modern times: the cost-of-living, energy security, climate change, housing and health.
We manage and deliver projects through large-scale decarbonisation funding schemes across England and Wales, including the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund and Warm Homes: Local Grant. We are therefore ideally placed to help clients maximise the opportunities presented by the £15 billion Warm Homes Plan.
