South East Consortium (SEC) is a not-for-profit created to support the housing sector. We work with housing associations, local authorities and other publicly funded housing providers to make procurement easier, from early strategy through to contract management. Our frameworks cover compliance, repairs and maintenance, decarbonisation, development and more, and they’re free to use.
