Ark consultancy

Helping you deliver the high quality homes residents deserve

For more than 35 years, ARK has been driven by a strong desire to be the leading social housing consultancy to help organisations perform at their best. Why? Because this leads to improved homes, stronger communities, and ultimately, better lives.

We are a leading social housing management and technical consultancy working throughout the UK, helping housing associations and local authorities with a range of services, from providing housing professionals to fill skills and resource gaps, helping to manage and make sense of their asset management data, running resident engagement programmes during large retrofit and decarbonisation projects, assisting with development and regeneration to provide urgently needed social and affordable homes, providing assistance on governance and culture, and much more in between.

Our Directors, Consultants and Associates are on hand with the knowledge and experience needed to help you face the challenges that the modern housing sector brings, helping you to meet and exceed the standards to provide value for you, and safe, warm and secure housing to your residents.
