Our new Arc Aware technology takes this a step further. Rather than simply using temperature and humidity to predict mould risk, Arc Aware detects mould related microbial volatile organic compounds (mVOCs), allowing housing providers to accurately detect mould growth, including before it is visibly apparent.

Arc Aware Leak helps identify developing leaks and hidden moisture by monitoring moisture within and against the building fabric, alongside acoustic technology capable of detecting drips and changes associated with water pressure.
