Partnerships: What makes a good delivery model
Partnership is easy to talk about, but much harder to sustain when costs rise, markets shift and difficult decisions need to be made. Drawing on a live partnership between the public, housing and private sectors, this session will examine how risk, reward and responsibility can be shared – and the governance, relationships and behaviours that keep delivery moving when circumstances change.
