This panel will take a strategic look at what needs to happen across the housing system to enable sustained delivery at scale. From planning, land and infrastructure to funding, capacity and the diversity of organisations involved in building homes, where are the biggest barriers to progress? Drawing on experience from those shaping the system and those delivering homes on the ground, the panel will explore how national policy, local leadership and industry can work together to remove barriers, scale successful approaches and create the conditions to deliver the volume, affordability and quality of homes the country needs.
