This session explores how stakeholders are working towards establishing a culture of safety, from the civil servants drafting policy through to the smallest housing organisations equipping their staff to enforce building safety standards. In this session panellists will share: 

  • Plans and progress to standardise and raise competence across the sector and within individual housing associations
  • Difference between compliance and competence, and how organisations are achieving the latter
