The big six: What does 'Good' look like?
Compliance failures rarely happen because nobody knows the rules or because of poor intentions. They happen in the gaps: poor workflow with missed handovers, a volume of work where transactions are dehumanised, lack of evidence to prove what has been done, weak supplier oversight, and exceptions that are not identified and escalated quickly enough.
This session will look across six core compliance areas for landlords - gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos and lifts - to explore what ‘good’ looks like and the ingredients to get there.
