PRS and homeownership conference

NEW for 2016  PRS and homeownership conference running alongside Homes on Wednesday 16th November 2016

Free to all relevant attendees at Homes 2016 so register now at homesevent.co.uk

Something that hasn’t changed in all the political upheaval of this year is the desperate need in this country for more housing, of all tenures. How are housing providers, local government and housebuilders positioning themselves to address this, and what solutions are they adopting? Is flexibility of tenure really the key to unlocking HA potential when it comes to building the homes the country needs?

This one day conference will create an environment for all working on this agenda to explore the different components that need to be factored in to ensure that the sector maximises the potential that this opportunity presents. Attracting up to 300 key delegates from housing associations, house builders, councils – working within construction and development, finance, marketing and sales.

This special focus will provide companies an opportunity to highlight their work in this area and align themselves to a growing sector that will continue to be a main government priority.

Testimonials

  • "I really enjoyed the Homes 2015 conference and in particular finding out from others what they are doing to support women wanting careers in construction. In November I would like to see whether the government is prepared to invest in new affordable rented housing post-2018 as well as housing for sale"
    Jez Lester
Assistant Chief Executive (Asset Management) at Incommunites Group (West Yorkshire)
  • "It is the best asset management exhibition and conference by a distance and the subject should be more important."
